    Hi everyone,
I often work with datasets in marketing and business, and one challenge I face is calculating weighted averages when different outcomes or variables have different weights or values assigned. For example, in performance reports, simple averages don’t reflect the weighted impact of certain key metrics.
    I’m curious:
What methods do you use to handle weighted averages?
Do you rely on spreadsheets, custom formulas, or external tools to make sure these calculations are accurate and error-free?
I recently found a simple online GWA calculator that handles unit-based weighted averages and also converts results into percentage and other formats, which can be handy when comparing segmented performance data: https://gwacal.com/
Would love to hear others’ workflows and tools for calculating weighted values in business reporting.
    Thanks in advance!
