When setting up payroll for a small business, I wasn’t sure if the gratuity calculation was aligned with labour law. To double-check, I used an online calculator(https://calculategratuity.ae/) and the results matched closely.
Do others here also compare system outputs with external references, or just rely on what ERP/payroll software shows?
