Has anyone else been struggling to finish the Globe SIM registration process online? I have been trying to complete my registration but keep running into issues during the ID upload step. My selfie gets rejected even though the lighting is clear and my face is fully visible.

As a Mobile User Help resource would be great right now because the OTP expires within five minutes, which feels very tight. I am using a valid government-issued UMID card but the system keeps giving me an error. Is there a specific file size or format required for the ID photo?

Any tips from people who successfully completed theirs would be really appreciated!
